Class Roofing Ltd specialises in all roof maintenance works, commercial or domestic. We pride our selves on having contracts running with some of the biggest land / property owners in the London area. All our operatives are fully trained in regards to health and safety and working at height.
Access is no problem either, whether we gain access through the building to the work area or require MEWPS (Mobile elevating work platforms) on the outside of the building. All risks are identified and access is gained through the most safe and efficient way. With operatives wearing full body safety harness as a minimum which are all ways attached to secure anchorage points through out the course of the roof maintenance works. All operatives are fully trained in safety harness and the setting up of horizontal and vertical safety lines. Class Roofing Ltd also take care of any issues in regards to obtaining bay suspensions from the local councils . We also obtain permits from the local highways department. We hold liability insurance to the value of 10 million pound.
Our roof maintenance work involves clearing gutters, sump outlets, flat and pitched roofs slopes and any debris which has accumulated on the roof area . Evidence of before and after clearance will be provided to the client.
We look for any defects or problem areas which are on the roof and provide free quotations with evidence, to repair the defect whether the roof is sheet lead/slated/tiled or flat.
We specialise in roof outlets which have an ongoing problem of flooding the inside of the building.
Another service we provide is the installation of anti-roosting bird spikes systems. This can be done in conjunction with roof maintenance work for cost efficiency.
