Class roofing Ltd has been established since 1998 and deals in roof renewal works and roof maintenance works. We specialise in sheet lead roofing, natural Welsh slating, man made slating and all aspects of flat felt roofing and mastic asphalt roofing.
The majority of our work is based around the central London area. We have vehicles in this area on a daily basis carrying out our daily running of the business and emergency repair works. We also provide an emergency out of hours service if required.
We work for various managing agents through out London giving a prompt and professional service.
We hold liability insurance to the value of 10 million pounds which includes for unlimited height and hot work risks.
Roof Reports
We also provide a service giving a detailed report in regards to the roof coverings which will identify any defects ,condition of the roof in question, and any problems, the report will come with digital photographs and a written quotation in regards to the costs to rectify repair works the cost of the report is to be deducted from the cost of repair works if we are given the go ahead , this service is extremely useful when buying a property.
